All-Ohio Symposium: Event Code of Conduct
Our Commitment
The FPA chapters of Central Ohio, Northeast Ohio, and Southwestern Ohio are dedicated to providing a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants at the All-Ohio Symposium. We believe our industry thrives when every attendee, speaker, and partner feels respected and empowered to engage fully in our community.
Standard of Conduct
This policy applies to the entire program and all associated events, whether held in person or virtually. All participants – including attendees, exhibitors, FPA staff, and speakers – are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is professional, respectful, and free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Participants asked to stop such behavior are expected to comply immediately. The organizing committee reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, including expulsion from the event without a refund.
Health & Wellness
To ensure the safety of our community, participants who feel unwell or exhibit signs of illness are asked to refrain from attending in-person sessions. We encourage the use of virtual symposium components for those unable to join us on-site due to health concerns.
Reporting and Questions
If you have questions regarding this policy, or if you need to report an incident, please contact the Symposium leadership team. You may reach out to any FPA Ohio Chapter board member on-site or contact us via email at admin@fpa-neo.org.
